烤肉時沒烤完的肉片該如何處理呢??

呵~這就讓林大廚來告訴你~



準備材料:                                                                        
1.葱段                                                                               
2.香菇                                                                               
3.里肌肉片                                                                       

作法:                                                                                
1.先將里肌肉片切絲醃妥                                               
(醃料:太白粉,大蒜,醬油,麻油)                              
2.在熱鍋冷油下放入肉絲拌炒                                       
(切記!熱鍋冷油喔~這樣肉才會滑嫩~才不會黏鍋~)
3.接著放入香菇~葱段拌炒~沿著鍋邊嗆入少許米酒,水
4.起鍋前再灑上綠葱末~即完成囉!                                
(特地用了砂鍋盛裝~)                                                 
(先將砂鍋燒熱~再放入完成品~即會吱吱作響喔~)

味道還不賴~很下飯~而且有了"太白粉"的加持~
肉質一整個"滑嫩"啊~讚!!!                                
青椒炒肉絲應該也不賴唷~
